At Dennison Watch, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and any included accessories into the shipping carton, ensuring the item is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
